Project organisation
The MEDigi project is coordinated by the University of Oulu. As the coordinator, the University of Oulu is responsible for the progress of the project together with the project partners, i.e., the universities of Helsinki, Eastern Finland, Tampere and Turku.
The task of the project steering group is to steer and monitor the planning and implementation of the project as a whole. The management team will coordinate and align solutions to be taken within the project and implement them. The divisions will serve as content experts of the medical fields, which specify the competence of the medical field they represent and produce electronic study, exam and evaluation materials within the project. The digital group will serve as a technology expert with the task of ensuring technology solutions within the project.
The project will be implemented in close cooperation with the following scientific organisations of the field: Finnish Medical Society Duodecim, Finnish Dental Society Apollonia, Finnish Medical Student’s Association, Junior Doctors’ Association in Finland and Suomen Hammaslääketieteen Opiskelijain liitto (SHOL).
